Local attorney, James L. Nulman, receives certification as an Appellate Mediator

James L. Nulman, a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and State Qualified Arbitrator, is one of the first attorneys in Southwest Florida to be certified by the Florida Supreme Court as an Appellate Mediator.

Appellate mediation certification was approved by the Florida Supreme Court in 2010 and establishes a standard of excellence for the mediation process governing cases under appeal.

Nulman has also been named a 2011 Florida Super Lawyer in the area of alternative dispute resolution for the third year in a row. As a Florida Super Lawyer, Nulman is recognized as one of the top five percent of attorneys in the state.
