On Friday, June 6, 2014, James L. Nulman, Esq., will share insights on ethics and professionalism throughout the mediation process with members of the Southwest Florida Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
Drawing on his 25-plus years of litigation and mediation experience, Nulman will join Robin Doyle of Doyle Conflict Resolution for a panel discussion focused on how ethics and professionalism affect the outcome during the mediation and arbitration processes.
The half-day program, “Mediation and ADR: Insights from Mediators, Bar & Bench,” will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Myers Airport from 8:30 a.m. – noon.
