Attorney James L. Nulman has been recognized as a 2025 Florida Super Lawyer in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Since 2008, Nulman, a Certified Circuit Civil and Appellate Mediator, has been named to the annual peer-ranked Florida Super Lawyer list.
By being named as a Florida Super Lawyer, Nulman is recognized within the top five percent of attorneys in the state. Nomination to this select group is the result of a rigorous, comprehensive, and confidential peer review process; a blue ribbon panel review; and independent research of all candidates.
As a Certified Circuit Civil and Appellate Mediator and a Certified U.S. District Court Mediator, Nulman has been providing mediation services since 1995. In 2006, he left the full-time practice of law as a trial lawyer and opened Nulman Mediation Services, a business dedicated to providing mediation services to clients throughout Florida. He facilitates more than 150 mediations annually, from two-party disputes to complex multi-party disputes of 25 parties or more.
His mediation practice covers a wide range of disputes including: business disputes and dissolutions, construction disputes, copyright and trademark infringements, contract disputes, employment issues, and real estate disputes.
