Since opening its doors in April 2006, Nulman Mediation Services has provided mediation and arbitration services to clients throughout Florida and the Southeastern United States.
Fifteen years of business translates to attorney Jim Nulman conducting more than 3,000 mediations and arbitrations during this time. Today, Nulman focuses solely on providing mediation services and facilitates some 200 mediations a year.
Celebrating a 15th anniversary in 2021 came with a twist on the heels of the global COVID-19 pandemic. To address the needs of clients during the pandemic, Nulman Mediation Services successfully transitioned to virtual mediations. As the country emerges from the pandemic and businesses resume more customary operational practices, NMS will continue to offer virtual mediations as well as transition back to traditional in-person mediations.
As part of its anniversary celebration, Nulman Mediation Services will be making a number of donations to nonprofit organizations in the Orlando area where it is now based, as well as in Southwest Florida where it has its roots.
As a Certified Circuit Civil and Appellate Mediator and a Certified U.S. District Court Mediator, Nulman has been providing mediation services since 1995. In 2006, he left the full-time practice of law as a trial lawyer to open Nulman Mediation Services, providing mediation services to clients throughout Florida. Today, he facilitates more than 200 mediations a year.
His mediation practice covers a wide range of disputes including: construction disputes, insurance coverage issues, business disputes and dissolutions, copyright and trademark infringements, contract disputes, employment issues, real property, and estate and trust disputes.
