April 2020 — Nulman Mediation Services is now offering mediation services using Zoom, a popular, easy-to-use videoconferencing platform.
While meeting in person is the preferred method for mediation, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants during this challenging time Nulman Mediation Services has successfully incorporated its mediation services into the videoconference format.
When using Zoom to mediate, Nulman Mediation Services absorbs all costs associated with using Zoom Pro to host the videoconferences. Attorneys and their clients do not incur any additional fees to use the platform.
It is not necessary to have a Zoom account prior to a scheduled mediation or to participate in a mediation, however, if participants wish to open an account, there is a free version available. Individuals can download the app and sign up for a free Basic account at zoom.us.
At Nulman Mediation Services we make every effort to provide a seamless mediation and videoconferencing experience from the time of scheduling, through day of mediation, and follow up if necessary.
